CSL admits UNP Arena district feasibility study update is not feasibility report

[Before the "Can You Believe the Arena-Entertainment District Hype?" episodes began... 

You can't make this up... Who would sign a contract that starts with this statement?  

"Conventions, Sports & Leisure International ("CSL") is pleased to provide a a feasibility study update for a proposed arena to be located at University North Park. This study represents and update of a previous study conducted for Cleveland County conducted in 2015."

And then includes this statement:

“It is expressly understood that (a) CSL’s reports, suggestions, analysis and conclusions if any, do not, in whole or in part, constitute a fairness or solvency opinion or a feasibility report…”

So a feasibility report update but not a feasibility report?
